精工圆筒机厂家告诉你卷边机的操作方法与技巧。精工圆筒卷边机分：双工位圆筒卷边机，三工位卷边机，四工位自动圆筒卷边机及全自动卷边机；

一、 操作步骤：
1） 接好空气压力，把压力调到合适（4-5KG/cm2）；
2） 打开电源开关，电源指示灯亮；
3） 打开调模开关，卷边气缸会下降50mm；
4） 把需要卷边的圆筒放到模盘上面；
5） 松开导杆上锁紧的旋转手柄螺丝，使用顶部手轮上模头可以上下移动，将上模盘调整至圆筒上面1-2mm左右（即打开调模开关时不要碰到圆筒即可）随后锁紧调节螺丝；
6） 关掉调模开关，打开预热温度和加热温度开关，随材料不同，调
整至合适温度，（PVC85ºC左右、APET75ºC左右，仅供参考）；
7） 完成以上步骤后，就调整好机器了。在温度合适时将圆筒放在模
具内，按下起动按钮就可卷边；建议转动，打开调速器开关；
8） 卷边的高度可以使用调节行程控制高度来控制，卷边速度可以由调压阀和加热温度来控制；
二、 维修保养：
1） 本机器维修简单，基本上不需要维修，只需一个月内检查一
次存油缸的存油量，按油缸容量的70%为准；
2） 当发现卷边速度有快有慢时，行程不稳定，请将调压阀开到
最大值，将卷边行程松开，然后空载运行多次，直到缸内空
气排完为止（遇到此问题时，请打电话到我司咨询）；
3） 气缸不动作：检查电磁阀线圈有无烧坏（如线圈灯不亮，则
表示烧坏，需更换）。
4） 发热盘不发热：检查温控器是否正常；
5） 油压阀失灵：不能控制快慢。
